BodyHelp Workshops
I offer half-day demonstrations and one- or two-day workshops following the principles of orthobionomy, where you can obtain hands-on experience of what orthobionomy feels like. I am willing to travel to you to offer a workshop, demonstration, presentation or talk. Please get in touch if you should be interested. Anybody willing to organise a workshop will be able to take part for free.
These are not part of the official Ortho-Bionomy Training. You will find information regarding the Practitioner Training at the International Society of Ortho-Bionomy: www.ortho-bionomy.org.
All the following workshops address structural techniques following the principles of orthobionomy that you can use immediately to help relieve pain in clients, friends and family.

Throughout the workshop we work in pairs, so you will be treating and you will be treated. You will be provided with a full colour script on which you can make your own notes and work from when you get home. The script will cover the necessary anatomy as well as a detailed description of all the techniques that you will learn following the principles of orthobionomy.

Learn tried and tested methods to treat common symptoms of pain

One-day WORKSHOP:

What you need to bring: Comfortable warm clothing, thick warm socks, a pen and a happy open disposition!
What you will be doing: We will be working in pairs, so you will be treating and you will be treated. You will be provided with a full colour script on which you can make your own notes and work from yourself when you get home. The script will cover the necessary anatomy as well as a detailed description of all the techniques following the principles of orthobionomy that you will learn. Videos of the demonstration techniques will usually be available at an extra cost.
Follow-Up: After the workshop I offer an evening get-together on- or offline, (depending on the location) where you can obtain help and guidance regarding the techniques that you have learnt.
Payment for Workshop: £125 for a 1-day and £250 for a 2-day workshop. Your place is only secured with the arrival of your payment in my account.
